The Mission

To use my knowledge, experience, and understanding of the land markets in the Southern US, and provide that to a potential land buyer. To be a guide and trusted advisors during the land purchase process. To establish a relationship with clients that last well beyond the closing.

the plan

I believe that if I am able to meet with a potential land buyer and listen to their background, their story, and the vision they have for a property, then I can use my experience to save the client valuable time and provide insight that will allow them to make an informed and confident investment.

Having been involved in over 1,000 land transaction and funded $500 plus million in land purchases over 15 years I have been able to see just about every type of entity used to purchase land, income source, partnership agreements, tax issues, easements, and financing opportunities that are available.
